today i just have MGT420 and LAW416 classes.
for MGT420 class, we just made a discussion about Leadership. what is leadership? leadership is a social influence process. it is about responsibility and a process; its not a position, title or privilege.
therefore, leader has ability to influence people by inspiring then to pursue goals for the benefit of the organization.
can u see the power of RED man?
ermm no LAW class after that.
